SHARPE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1151.04 <br />ENTITLED "ACCESSORY USES IN ANY <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICT" OF CHAPTER 1151 <br />ENTITLED "USE RESTRICTIONS" OF THE ZONING <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 1151.04 entitled "Accessory Uses in <br />Any Resi ence District" of Chapter 1151 entitled "Use Restrictions" <br />of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, be and the same is <br />hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />"1151.04 ACCESSORY USES IN ANY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />The following accessory uses and buildings are permitted <br />in any Residence District: <br />(A) Within a awelling, the office of a surgeon, physician, <br />clergyman, architect, engineer, attorney or other <br />professional person residing in such dwelling and <br />employing not more than one non-resident office or <br />laboratory assistant,"provided no sign or other out- <br />ward evidence of the occupation that is carried on <br />upon the premises except one complying with Section <br />1225.01 of the Zoning Code is displayed on the premises. <br />(B) Customary home occupation for gain carried on in the <br />dwelling requiring only customary home equipment, pro- <br />vided that no non-resident help is employed for that <br />purpose, no trading or sale merchandise is carried <br />on upon the premises and no sign or other outward <br />evidence of the occupation is displayed on the premises. <br />(C) (1) A private garage detached from the dwelling pro- <br />vided that it is so located ,that no part of the same <br />.shall be within twenty (20) feet of a dwelling on the <br />same lot or any adjacent lot or within five (5) feet <br />of any property line. of the lot on which the same is <br />located and further provided that any garage or gar- <br />ages in combination with any other detached bui~.ding <br />shall not exceed a total of seven hundred fifty~(75O) <br />square feet. <br />(2) A private garage, attached by a comrton wall within <br />the livable floor area of a dwelling or connected to <br />the dwelling by means of a covered or enclosed area, <br />or a carport, which, for the purpose of determining <br />
