<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 77 -~~ <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR <br />RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, THE <br />GETTLING SUBDIVISION IN THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Gettling Subdivision was approved by the Planning <br />Commission on February 8, 1977 and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision includes the creation of two (2) <br />lots from one (1) existing lot, namely, Permanent Parcel No. <br />232-31-5 and is located West off Root Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />approval o the Planning Commission of the plat of the Gettling <br />Subdivision and also having been advised by the City Engineer <br />that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat for <br />recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said Subdivision plat <br />to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : G%~~~r.~,E/ ~.
