~-. <br />,~..,. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77 - ~(r~ <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR THE CLAGUE ROAD CULVERT RECONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECT IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLP~LSTED. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he <br />is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the Claque Road <br />Reconstruction Project in the City of North Olmsted, in accordance <br />with specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized <br />to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance, after the contract <br />has been awarded, is hereby authorized to make payments according <br />to said contract, however, said payments shall be made out of <br />funds obtained from the Community Development Block Grant. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: f_7~ ~~~~ <br />ATTEST : ~:c.C.~ <br />Nora T.
