<br />CITY OF NORTH OLr-ISTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79- 172 <br />BY : <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY, THE ROBINSON AVENUE RESUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Robinson Avenue Resubdivision was anproved <br />by the Planning Commission on December 11, 1979, and referred <br />to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision consists the splitting off of a <br />portion of Permane-nt Parcel Number 231-1-100 and 231-1-001 for <br />the purpose of creating a block of land to be utilized in the <br />construction of Robinson Avenue which is located in the City of <br />Westlake, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been anproved by the City Engineer <br />as being in basic conformance with resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been a.dvised of the <br />approval of`- e Planning Commission of the plat which sDlits <br />off a block of land from Permanent Parcel Numbers 231-1-100 <br />and 231-1-0019 which block of land is being utilized for street <br />purposes known as Robinson Avenue in the City of Westlake, and <br />also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with <br />the basic requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, hereby anproves said plat for recording <br />purDoses only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be <br />recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAr7PB LL, CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />PRO D: Z?C`.
