... .... _.. » ... . ...:?:.?A ...... . ...... .... .. <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79-167 <br />BY: ? <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE YELLOW <br />MARIGOLD AS THE OFFICIAL CITY FLOWER. <br />WHEREAS, the North Olmsted Chamber of Commerce has been <br />conducting an ongoing program of "Pride" with respect to the <br />commercial establishments in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, the Chamber of Commerce has expressed an interest <br />in naming the yellow marigold as the official City flower. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Council does hereby designate the <br />yellow marigold as the official City flower. <br />SECTION Z: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />?
