,..? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79 - 155 <br />BY )zt <br />I <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION TO BE <br />PAID TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL <br />EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a <br />compensation schedule for all administrative personnel employed <br />by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That effective August l, 1979, the compensation to <br />be paid to the non-bus driving personnel o#' the North Olmsted Muni- <br />cipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />A. Administrative Personnel: <br />General Manager $22,106 to $26,000 <br />Supervisor of Operations $18,900 to $24,750 <br />Supervisor of Maintenance $20,500 to $25,000 <br />Assistan'c Supervisor of <br />Maintenance $15,000 to $21,000 <br />Administrative Assistant $15,000 to $19,500 <br />Secretary $ 8,000 to $11,500 <br />Zone Supervisor $153000 to $20,260 <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance or any other ordinance or parts <br />of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of service <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it <br />received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ? <br />ATTEST: <br />&n4::4e4 - 1 6 - ?? t ?' ? ? <br />Florence Campbell, erk of Council De ey impert, r ident of <br />Council <br />AP OVED : t Z- `4 1 7 j <br />. ? <br />. ??
