CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79- 144 <br />BY . ?'j?c„ <br />?.-? . <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />MAP AND FILE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />TO PROVIDE FOR A"NO PARKING" SIGN IN THE <br />CUL-DE-SAC CIRCLE OF CLARESHIRE DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to prohibit the <br />parking of vehicles on the cul-de-sac circle of Clareshire Drive, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the <br />maintenance of a Traffic Control Map which said map can be amended <br />only by ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Police Department be and the same is <br />hereby authorized and directed to amend the Traffic Control Map <br />and Fi1e of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon the <br />prohibition of the parking of vehicles on the cul-de-sac circle <br />of Clareshire Drive in the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby directed to <br />cause sai "No Parking" sign to be installed in accordance with <br />the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />F RE CE CMI ELL, C RK OF COUNCIL D W .
