? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79- 143 <br />BY <br />„?. <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE WALNUT RIDGE SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHEREAS, the Walnut Ridge Subdivision was approved by the <br />Planning Commission on September 11, 1979, and referred to Council, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision consists of the assembling of <br />four (4) parcels into one (1) parcel, namely, Permanent Parcel <br />Nos. 236-17-15, 236-17-5, 236-17-7 and 236-17-11, located on the <br />north side of Kennedy Ridge Road in the area of Columbia Road, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval o t e Planning Commission of the plat assembling four <br />(4) existing parcels into one (1) and also having been advised by <br />the City Engineer that it meets with the requirements of the <br />resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded <br />according to law. <br />SECTION 3: This Resolution sha11 take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : d-O /p?'9 <br />ATTEST: <br />IQ <br />? <br />F RENCE CAMPBEL , C RK OF COUNCIL W .
