SHARPE <br />? <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING NORTI-ERN AVENUE FROTt MiERE <br />NORTHERN AVENiJE INTERSECTS DECKER EASTERLY TO <br />WHERE NORT'F-lEitN AVENUE IIVTERSECTS BUR.NS ROAT), AS AkZENDED. <br />?VfIEREAS, Northern Avenue was heretofore dedicated for recording purp+oses <br />only in the area speci£ied herein, and <br />tWEREAS, it has been determined by this Council that said roadway is no <br />longer suitable for public use, and <br />I?TMREAS, on the 19th day of July, 1979, and on the 31st day of October, <br />1979, petitions by persons owning lots in the immediate vicinity o£ Northern <br />Avenue were duly presented to Council praying that said street which is located <br />east of Decker and west of Burns Road, be vacated and the notice rec{uirements <br />specified in the Ohio Revised Code Section 723.026 have been waived by virtue <br />of consent of the affected parties, and <br />jIEMREAS, the Planning Commission on the 23rd day of October, 1979, <br />approved vacating Northern Avenue as aforesaid, £inding that it was no longer <br />needed for street ryurposes, and <br />tNf-IEttEAS, Council, upon hearing, is satisfied that there is good cause <br />for such vacation as prayed for, and that it will not be detrimental to the <br />general interest, and ought to be ma.de. <br />NOW, TI-EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TF-iE CITY OF NORTH OLM.STED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That Northern Avenue be and the same is hereby vacated from <br />and between t-fie area where it intersects with Decker Road easterly to a point <br />where it intersects with Burns Road.
