? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLNTSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79-111 <br />BY : /Y/?1 _ _„ /,[??Q„e?=;,?- - <br />f r?•?? -v- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T'HF DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLTC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FQR BIDS FOR <br />TfIE PLACING OF A FINAL COATTNG SURFACE <br />ON THE BASKETBALL COURTS AT THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED ItECREAT ION C(7NYLEX, AND <br />DECLARING AN 111ERG?1CY. <br />NQZN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COU:?ICIL OF TT-F, CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMST'ED, COUN'I'Y QF CUl'AHOCA ANI) STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorize to a vertise for bids for the nlacing of a final asphalt coating <br />an the basketball courts at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex which sha11 <br />be in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and upon approval <br />by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />and execute the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure ime iate y necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and for the further reason tha.t it is necessary to upgrade the <br />basketball courts to put them in regulation condition, and further provided it <br />receives the afirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force irrnnediately upon its nassage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 3 0 7 <br />ATT'EST: <br />. <br />! <br />? <br />.106 <br />FLO CE CAl"IPBELL, CLERK COUNCIL D IP. , PR F IDF 0 C_.
