<br />CITY OF NORTH 0I24STED <br />RESOLUTIQN Np, 79- 104 <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY TI-E JF,ANNE V_AN UUR SUBDNISION IN THE <br />CITY OF NORTH M,STED <br />WHERF.AS, the resubdivision of the Jeanne Van Uwn Subdivision <br />was approved by the Planning Commission on July 10, 1979, and <br />referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision consists of the realignment of lot <br />1ines within the Jeanne Van Uwn Subdivision, which is located in the <br />vicinity of 14astick Road and Shepards Hill Road, and <br />I?TMREAS, said nlat has been anproved by the City Engineer <br />as being in confoxmance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />NOjN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TfIE COU-NCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OI1` STED, COUN'I'Y OF CtJYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO : <br />Section l: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval o t e Planning Comraission of the Jeanne Van Uwn Resubdivision <br />realigning the lot lines within said original subdivision and also <br />having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the <br />reauirements of the Resolutions and (7rdinances o_f the City of North <br />Olmsted hereby approve said plat for recording purposes only. <br />Section 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded <br />according to law. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force rom ana ter the earliest -period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />AT'TEST : ?0 /I . <br />FLORENCE C.AMPB LL, CLE F COiTNCIL NEY .
