CR-58 <br />? <br />? <br />Ordinance RQ. 79-102 <br />Date of Enactment: <br />An Ordinance of Consent enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement under the <br />supervision of the County of Cuyahoga and the Department of Transportation, State <br />of Ohi o. <br />WHEREAS, the County of Cuyahoga and the Department of Transportation, <br />State of Ohio are considering the improvement of the public highways which is <br />described as follows: <br />Replacement of standard curb inlet grates with slanted slot grates for <br />increased public safety on the following streets and roadways in the <br />City of North Olmsted: Dover Center Road from the North Olmsted North <br />Corporation Line to Butternut Ridge Road <br />NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the.City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section I (Consent) <br />That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of <br />said Municipality be and such consent is hereby given to the County of Cuyahoga <br />and the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio to construct the above <br />described improvement in accordance with plans, specifications, and estimates <br />approved by the County. <br />Section II (Cooperation) <br />That said Municipality hereby proposes to cooperate with the County and <br />the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio in the above described <br />improvement as follows: <br />(a) By the approval of an application by the Board of County <br />Commissioners for municipal cooperation with the County in the <br />cost of the improvement project to the extent of funds received by <br />an allocation from the County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax <br />Fund. <br />- 1 - <br />.
