.? <br />CITY OF NORTH MISTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79 - 98 <br />BY : <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY, Tf-iE WRIQH'T SUBDIVISION IN Tf-E CITY OF <br />NORTH OI1`•I,STED. <br />Wf-IEREAS, the Wright Subdivision was approved by the Planning Corrnnission <br />on June 26, 1979, and referred to Council, and <br />Wf-IEREAS, the subdivision consists of the realignment of property lines <br />of Parcel Nwnbers 232-11-3, and 232-11-32. Said subdivision is located on <br />the north side of Butternut Ridge Road between Lorain Road and Dover Center <br />Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, TFIFREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TfTE COUNCIL OF '?'f-T CITY OF NQRT1i <br />OLT/JSTFD, COtJN'I'Y OF CUYAGOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Cotuicil having been advised of the apnroval of <br />the Planning Corrm?ission of the -Dlat realigning two existir.g parcels and also <br />having been advised by the City Engineer tha.t it meets with the requirements <br />of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves <br />said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City <br />Engineer is here5y directed to cause said plat to be recorded according to <br />law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ? <br />ATTEST: <br />?
