,?-- <br />CITY OF NORTH OId?STED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79-92 <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION ACCFPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE CON6vAY SUBDIVISION IN TfIE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Conway Subdivision was approved by the Planning Commission <br />on June 12, 1979, and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision consists of the realignment of two existing lot <br />lines which subdivision is located on Canterbury Road in the City of North <br />Olmsted, and <br />j?TMREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the Citv of North Olmsted. <br />NOW9 T'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THF COUNCIL OF THM CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMST'ED, COtJNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATF OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Cotuncil, having been advised of the apnroval of the <br />Plannin? Carrnnlssion of the plat creating two lots by realigning existing lot: <br />lines and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the <br />requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTTON 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City <br />Engineer is Tiereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after t e eiarliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 9 <br />ATTEST: <br />Co . • <br />FLO NCE CAMPBELL, CLE OF fflOUNCIL D H.
