? <br />.?: <br />BY : <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79- 80 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY Tf-IE COLim'BIA VILLAGE APARTTF-NTS SUBDIVISION <br />IN Tf-IE C ITY OF NORTH OLP?.S'I'EED . <br />?NHEREAS, the Colwnbia Village Apartments Subdivision was apnroved by the <br />Planning Commission on Ma.y 22, 1979, and referred to Council, and <br />6q-IEREAS, the subdivision consists of the creation of two (2) lots by <br />realigning the existing lot lines, which subdivision is located on the North <br />side of Lorain Road, between Colwnbia Road and Root Road, and <br />1A1HEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOU7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COU-NCIL OF TI-lE CITY OF NORTH OI,PISTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, ANI) STATE OF OHIO: <br />SFCTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning C'omission of the plat creating two (2) lots by realigr.ing existing <br />iot lines, and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with <br />the reauirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby anproves said plat for recording purnoses only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City Engi_neer <br />is here y irec ed to cause said plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after tirliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: , j <br />ATTEST : <br />. <br />F ORF.NCE CAMPBELL, CLE OF COUNCIL IN ER , P_ ,S NT F CQUNCIL <br />VED: 7" 3 7 <br />? . <br />S.
