.? <br />? <br />CITY OF NQRTH OIMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79- 67 <br />BY: JANIES LOGAN <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />AN AGREa'lINT WITH ROBERT C. HILL, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, <br />FOR TEIE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING A A4ASTER PLAN FOR <br />NORTH OLl`ISTED PARK, AND DECLARING AN 04ERGENCY. <br />Wf-IERF.AS, the Recreation Corrunission, after much consideration, has determined <br />that it is in the best interest of the City of North Olmsted, to hire an architect <br />for the purpose of developing a blaster P1an for North Olmsted Park, <br />WHERFAS, after interviewing nwnerous candidates, the Recreation Conunission <br />has expressed the desire to hire the services of Robert C. Hi11. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Tf-IE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTTON l: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into an Agreement with Robert C. Hill, Landscape Architect, for the purnose <br />of developing a Master Plan for North Olmsted Park. A'copy of said Agreement is <br />attached hereto and ma.de a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emexgency <br />measure imQnediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and for the further reason that it is imnediately necessary to implement <br />a Ma.ster Plan during the 1979 Recreation Program, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force irrnnediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?r- <br />ATTEST: <br />, <br />LL94al- ' <br />FLO CE CAMPBELL, CLE OF COUNCIL DE Y.
