CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79-62 <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO MAKE <br />APPLICATION TO THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR APPROVAL TO USE CUYAHOGA COUNTY MOTOR VEHICLE $5.00 <br />LICENSE TAX FUNDS FOR PARTICIPATION WITN THE COUNTY IN <br />THE IMPROVEMENT OF BRADLEY ROAD FROM THE WEST COUNTY LINE <br />TO THE NORTH OLMSTED NORTH CORPORATION LINE FOR SURFACE <br />TREATING, APdD DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLN1STED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to make app ication to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for <br />approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Funds for <br />participation with the County in the improvement of Bradley Road by surface <br />treating. <br />SECTION 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed <br />to transmit copies of the application, together with a certified copy of <br />this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners and to the <br />Cuyahoga County Engineer. <br />SECTION 3.
