<br />; <br />r <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLM.STED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79- 53 <br />BY: <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CON1PLIIqENT OF THE <br />RECREATION DEPARTT!!ENT AFFIXING 'IT-F, C(MPENSATION <br />TO BE PAID THE MII`1BERS THEREFORF., ANl) RFPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NQ. 78-70 ENACT'ED JUNE 20, 1978, AtVD <br />DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY Tf-M COUNCIL OF THF, CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OP OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the complement of the Recreation Department and compen- <br />sation pai to t e members of the Recreation Department is established as <br />follows: <br />Recreation Director $7,875.00 Annually <br />Recreation Corrnnission Secretary $ 2.90 Per Hour <br />Part Time not to exceed <br />19-1/2 Hours Per Week <br />Game Officials $ 6.00 Per Game <br />For a period not to exceed seven (7) weeks during the swmer months, <br />which period of seven (7) weeks shall be determined by the Recreation <br />Camission, the following employees shall be paid as follows: <br />PlaygroLmd Supervisor $ 840.00 Per SLmuner <br />Assistant PlaygroLmd Supervisors $ 725.00 Per SLUrnner <br />which salaries shall be paid bi-weekly by the Director of Finance. <br />SECTION 2: Any other employee of the Recreation Department, except <br />those heret ore set forth, shall be classified into pay grades by the <br />Recreation Director, subject to confirmation by the Recreation Comission, <br />according to examination, reputation, exnerience, education, and lmowledge <br />in their field of specialty or undertaking. The compensation for pay grades <br />established shall be as follows: <br />Playground Helpers: <br />Grade I $ 68.00 Per Week <br />Grade II $ 72.00 Per Week <br />Grade III $ 76.00 Per Week <br />Grade IV $ 80.00 Per Week
