,.. ., <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79-48 <br />BY O 1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE <br />AND PLANTING OF VARIOUS ORNAMENTAL LAjaN TREES <br />FOR THE TREELAWN PLANTING, AND NOT TO EXCEED <br />$5,999.00, . <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and <br />he is hereby autiorized to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />and planting of various ornamental trees for treelawn planting, <br />in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and <br />upon approval of the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and a ter the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: / <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />Florence CamPbe , C er o Counci <br />'wey H.
