BOEHNIER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />A FIELD STRIPER FOR USE TN THE RECREATION <br />DEPARD'IENT. <br />?.. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T'HE CITY OF NORTH OLNLSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorized to a vertise for bids for a field striper £or use in the Recreation <br />Department, in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Ma.yor is hereby authorized <br />to enter into a contract and execute the same on belialf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure lrrnnediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason it is immediately <br />necessary to obtain said equipment for the upcoming Soccer season, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmatiUe vote of two-thirds of all members elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Ma.yor. <br />PASSED : /f-a- <br />ATTEST: <br />? ? e??.?? <br />FLOREN E CAMPBELL, CLE OF COUNCIL <br />:3 <br />First reading: .'t.,?b <br />Second reading: 3 L <br />Third reading: 7 <br />2-0.4MA4L h.
