BOEHNIER <br />A RESOLUTION AUT'HORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR FENCING AROUND <br />THE RECP.EATTON COMPLEX BASKETBALL COURTS AND <br />LIGHTING FOR SAP'IE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TfE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COLJNI'Y OF <br />CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for fencing arotmd the Recreation Complex <br />Basketball Courts and lighting for same, in accordance with specifications <br />now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure imonediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare, and far the further reason it is irrnnediately <br />necessary to prepare subject basketball courts for Spring and Surnner play, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force inunediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Ma.yor. <br />PASSED: ^Ag,!'4? <br />ATTEST: <br />fy'o'?? z <br />C-'?-4P-----?-.?l?tFLORENCE CAMPB LL, CLE OF COUNCIL EWEY HLI ERT, RESIDENT OF UNCIL <br />/ <br />3- ? 9` 2% <br />. ?, <br />??..` <br />First reading: ,tl.2,h9 <br />Second reading: <br />Third reading: J 7
