PETRIGAC <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TI-IE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE HCTNDRED <br />(100) PAIRS OF RENTAL SKATES FOR USE AT TFiE <br />RECREATION COMPLEX. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH 0114.STED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorized to a vertise for bids for One Hundred (100) pairs of rental skates <br />for use at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex, in accordance with specifications <br />now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency meas e iruanediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfaxe, and for the further reason it is irrunediately to <br />replace the existing supply of skates, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: /.S. /9,7 9 <br />ATTEST: <br />FLO CE CAMPB LL, CLE OF COUNCIL Y H.
