CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 76 -~9~ A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY .THE DEDICATION OF COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD EXTENSION WHICH IS TO BE USED FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED WHEREAS, the plat for the dedication for recording purposes only of the Country Club Boulevard Extension was approved by the Planning Commission on October 12, 1976 and referred to Council, and WHEREAS, the establishment of said roadway is located between re-located State Route 252, Easterly to Columbia Road and extends across the following Permanent Parcels: 236-14-3, 236-17-4, 236-18-5, 236-18-6, 236-18-8 and 236-18-15, and WHEREAS, this Council is of the opinion that it is in the best interest of the City to dedicate said roadway for recording purposes only so as to alleviate traffic around the new Great Northern Mall when said roadway is finally constructed, and WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That this Council, having been advised of the approval by t e Planning Commission of the plat for the dedication for recording purposes only of the aforesaid roadway, and also having been advised by the City, Engineer that it meets with the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only.
