<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 - 188 <br />Page 2 . <br />Section 5. That there be appropriated from the REVENUE <br />SHARING FUND: <br />REVENUE SHARING FUND <br />Police Pension ............................$ 3,000 <br />Fire Pension .............................. 800 <br />Total .................$ 3,800 <br />Section 6. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 7. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; Provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, <br />further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered <br />by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 8. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED : i 4~et/ .~I. ~~~L <br />ATTEST <br />L~~ <br />Nora T.
