CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 -~ ~~ <br />BY : i~, <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE ROBERT KOVACH <br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Robert Kovach Subdivision <br />was approved by the Planning Commission on September 28, <br />1976 and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision consists of the division <br />of one parcel into three, namely, Permanent Parcel No. <br />232-31-3, which is located between Canterbury Road and <br />Root Road, South of Byron Drive in the City of North Olmsted, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City <br />Engineer as being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council, having been advised of <br />the approval o. t e Planning Commission of the plat of the <br />Robert Kovach Subdivision and also having been advised by the <br />City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions <br />and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this <br />Resolution, t e City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />Subdivision plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
