CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 -~ ~, <br />BY: / <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR <br />RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, THE <br />BARYON-BRADLEY SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Barton-Bradley Subdivision <br />was approved by the Planning Commission on September 28, <br />1976 and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision includes the creation of <br />seven lots from 2 existing lots, namely, Permanent Parcel <br />Nos. 233-4-3 and 233-4-5, located on the Northwesterly corner <br />of Barton and Bradley Roads in the City of North Olmsted, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City <br />Engineer as being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of <br />the approvall o~Fie Planning Commission of the plat of the <br />Barton-Bradley Subdivision and also having been advised by the <br />City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions <br />and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this <br />Resolution, tie ity Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />Subdivision plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this <br />be in forc~rom and after the <br />PASSED: ~~ /a~~~. <br />resolution shall take effect and <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />ATTEST: <br />/ V <br />Nora T.
