CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY : G%~ ~.~~ <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 -~Q <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBL I C SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR B IDS <br />FOR THE DISPOSAL OF .TRASH AND REFUSE <br />COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby aut orized to advertise for bids for the disposal of trash <br />and refuse collected by the City of North Olmsted Service <br />Deaprtment, according to specifications now on file in his office. <br />SECTION 2: That upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor 1 as u-t~iorized to enter into a contract and execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 3: That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to provide for continuity of the <br />service department, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />NO RA T.
