CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ar <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 -~~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE R.K.R. SUBDIVISION N0. 1 IN THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the R.K.R. Subdivision No. 1 was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on May 11, 1976, and referred to Council, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes a combination of_ two parcels, <br />namely Permanent Parcel No. 234-15-2 and No. 234-15-1, into one <br />parcel located in the vicinity of Lorain Road and Barton Road, on <br />the south side of Lorain Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of. the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the~~anning Commission of the plat of the R.K.R. Subdivision No. 1 <br />and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the <br />requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />APPROVED : ~ ~~76 <br />RA P HRI , <br /> <br /> <br />D , <br />
