CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~~"~'2- <br />flY %~~ k <br />N ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF <br />.SPEC UL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-8-28 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR WATER <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />Water. <br />WHEREAS, Shore West of Southern Avenue <br />have paid the sum of $144.64 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years 1976 through1977, inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No, 235-8-28 in the City of North <br />Olmsted, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 197 6 through 19 77 inclusive <br />assessments in full for, Water. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 76 through 19 77, inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 144.64 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />Nb. 235-8-28 for Water. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSEB: !~~ ~~/_ <br />ATTEST:. ~ <br />-- Clerk of Counc i 1 <br />APPROVED : ~~/~~71i <br />ayor <br />Pr dent of o it <br />
