<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 - <br />/~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE DEDICATION OF <br />PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 234-13-8 FOR <br />ROADWAY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat for the dedication for recording purposes <br />only of Permanent Parcel No. 234-13-8 for the establishment of a <br />roadway providing access to the Industrial Park Area was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on April 13, 1976 and referred to <br />council, and <br />WHEREAS, said dedication for recording purposes only has <br />been requested by the State of Ohio for the purpose of providing <br />access to the Industrial Park area off of Barton Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City engineer <br />as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />NO[a THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />approval by the Planning Commission of the plat for the <br />dedication for recording purposes only of Permanent Parcel No. <br />234-13-8, and also having been advised by the City Engineer that <br />it meets with the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat <br />for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: " <br />~~~ <br />~~ <br />NORA T.
