CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 -~.~ <br />BY: ~. <br />A RESOLTUION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE PATTON-DALESSANDRO <br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Patton-Dalessandro Subdivision <br />was approved by the Planning Commission on March 9, 1976, <br />and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision is a combination of two existing <br />parcels, one consisting of approximately 200 foot frontage and <br />the other consisting of approximately 50 foot frontage, and after <br />combination, Permanent Parcel No. 236-17-2 will contain 175 foot <br />frontage and Permanent Parcel No. 236-17-3 will contain approximately <br />75 foot frontage, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approva o t e Planning Commission of the plat of the Patton- <br />Dalessandro,Subdivision, and also having been advised by the City <br />Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions and <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves <br />said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resoltuion shall take effect and be in <br />force room an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ' „~O ~=,~--- <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~J <br />N G ~~ILL~L'E~~ <br />APPROVED : '~~~~f 7 <br />/'~ ~~.. n ~ .~ <br /> <br />a,:.=, <br />~~ <br />/r~/~~ <br />~/~t,~ <br />~.,, <br />i <br />~/ <br />~~~_ <br />
