CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 76 -~4 <br />BY: ,~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />BIDS FOR GASOLINE, AND <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be, and he is <br />hereby, autI-oTed to advertise for bids for gasoline according to <br />the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval <br />by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION Z: That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ,,,,~"o / ~__ <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ <br /> <br /> .. <br /> <br />APPROVED : /~/2,~~" <br />~~ <br />rd~..~.,c. ~~:.~ ~//f,~ <br />__ <br />
