Section 1. 'That the ~ City of North- Olmsted -shall join with all other affected m~Ynicipalites enacting similar leaislation in all proper acLiora, l~:ic,,ratioh nor gthe~Cwiae, to determine and en'~orc:e i.ts .rights aad th9 `ri~xits : of "i,ts ~ esidents with regard to water service from the ~City~af~'Cleveland and the adequacy thereof. Section 2+ That the City. ofNorth olmsted~ shall join with all other affected municipalities enacting similar legislation in sponsoring engineering, techn~.cal studies and legal-,services for the regionalization of the Cleveland Water System. Section 3. That the Water Task Force of the County Mayors and City Managers Association is"authorized to coordinate such legal action and/or negotiation.and~to employ such professional.assistance, legal, technical or otherwise, as it may deem necessary to carry out the intentions of Sections land 2 of this Ordinance. Section ~. That the Clerk is authorized, empowered and directed to certify a~copy~of~this legislation to the Executive Secretary of the Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers Association.
