BY: , <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 76 - <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION THE BLOSSOM <br />DOVER SUBDIVISION N0. 2, WHICH INCLUDES DOGWOOD <br />TRAIL AND LINWOOD CIRCLE, IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that <br />all of the improvements shown on the improvement plans for Dogwood <br />Trail and Linwood Circle, previously approved by this Council, have <br />been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />the following streets or portions of streets designated. herein: <br />Dogwood Trail, 279 feet centerline distance from its northerly <br />connection with the dedicated portion of Dogwood Trail to its <br />southerly intersection with Linwood. Circle. <br />Linwood Circle, 966 feet centerline distance from its westerly <br />intersection with Dogwood Trail to the center of the cul-de-sac at <br />its easterly end. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED • ~~ ~~~~,~,~ <br />ATTEST: /, <br />~~ ~~~~ <br />NORA T.
