`,; <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 74 -~.SD <br />BY : ~~~ ~ _ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY ST. BRENDAN SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEAD. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of St. Brendan Subdivision has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission, approved by the Planning <br />Commission and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision is the division of Permanent Parcel <br />No. 237-7-2 into two lots, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the .plat of St. Brendan Subdivision, <br />and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ~'(~ ~~ / I7~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ ~ ~ <br />NORA T.
