CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 74 - /~ <br />BY • L6.~,.K.... <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE SAUTER RP-SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat for the Sauter Re-Subdivision was approved <br />for recording purposes only on July 3, 1973 by virtue of passage <br />of Resolution No. 73-51, and <br />WHEREAS, prior to the recording of said re-subdivision an error <br />was discovered with respect to the inclusion within one of the <br />proposed lots a portion of the street right-of-way, and <br />WHEREAS, the matter was referred back to the Planning Commission <br />after the developer was granted a variance with respect to the <br />minimum lot size, and the planning Commission at the meeting of <br />October 8, 1974 approved the revised re-subdivision and referred <br />the matter to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the resolutions and ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of the Sauter Re-Subdivision, <br />having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the require- <br />ments of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That Resolution No, 73-51 and any other ordinance <br />or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and~/after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: i iZc~,~„ &ttif /~j~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ <br />NORA T.
