<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0.___~'Z'~ 0 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE <br />MAYOR TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR APPROVAL TO <br />USE CUYAHOGA COUNTY MOTOR VEHICLE $5.00 LICENSE <br />TAX FUNDS FOR PARTICIPATION WITH THE COUNTY IN <br />THE IMPROVEMENT AND REPAIR OF BRIDGE N0. 22 ON <br />CEDAR POINT ROAD IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, The County of Cuyahoga and the City of North Olmsted <br />desire to improve and repair Bodge No. 22 on Cedar Point Road, the <br />cost of which will be derived from $5.00 License Tax Fund: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners <br />for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Funds <br />for participation with the County in the improvement and repair of Bridge <br />No. 22 on Cedar Point Road. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council be and is hereby directed to <br />transmit copies of the application together with a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners and to the Cuyahoga <br />County Engineer. <br />Section 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare and for <br />the further reason that said funds are necessary to expedite the improvement <br />and repair of Bridge No. 22 project, and shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, otherwise from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: iZ <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />Nora T.
