<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO . 74 - ~,2,. <br />BY • /~~ GG~sGt.---- <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE REVISED STEARNS ROAD RE-SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NCfftTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North Olmsted on November 20, <br />1973 adopted Resolution No. 73-135 which approved the Stearns Road <br />Re-Subdivision, and <br />WHEREAS, the developer of the Stearns Road Re-Subdivision desires <br />to revise the re-subdivision which was approved by this Council by <br />passage of Resolution No. 73-135, which revision has been approved by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of North Olmsted at the meeting of <br />May 28, 1974, and <br />WHEREAS, the new revised re-subdivision contains two sublots on <br />Stearns Road and four sublots on Somerset Drive which, when re-subdivided <br />the rear portion of the sublots on Stearns Road will be added to the <br />rear portion of the four sublots on Somerset Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, the re-subdivision as revised now includes six lots with <br />the configuration of all lots under the former re-subdivision having <br />been changed; <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been :advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the revised plat of Stearns Road <br />Re-Subdivision, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it <br />meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes <br />only. <br />SECTION 2: That Resolution No. 73-135 as previously adopted, and <br />any other ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED- •2 1~ ~:1~-- <br />ATTEST: ~° ~ <br />~~ ~ ~ <br />~~~ <br />NORA T.
