~\ <br />~~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74 -G,Z <br />BY: Mr. Limpert <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />GASOLINE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he <br />is hereby aut oi~rTized to advertise for bids for gasoline according to <br />the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval <br />by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is necessary to provide for the City's gasoline requirements <br />in that the present contract expires June 1st, 1974, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ ~~ <br />ATTEST : ~'c.u-„^ <br />Nora T.
