~` <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74 - <br />ex:~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY CHRYSLER REALTY CORPORATION <br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Chrysler Realty Corporation Subdivision <br />has heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission, approved by <br />the Planning Commission and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes portions of Permanent Parcel <br />Numbers 232-6-2, 232-6-3, 232-6-4 and 232-6-5, and extends the <br />existing Willet Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of Chrysler Realty Corporation <br />Subdivision, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets <br />the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />~~.~ .~ ~ ~ <br />NORA T.
