Demonstrate good citizenship <br />2. Take an active part in community affairs <br />3. Be an active member of his Church <br />WHEREAS, after having accomplished the above:mentioned h ~R,.-th~s~e <br />outstanding boys were interviewed and tested by the Eagle Board of Review, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the aboverzametift~ased youths are continuing to actively par- <br />ticipate in boy scouting, and <br />WHEREAS, the reception of Eagle Scout Award by these outstanding <br />young men is a noteworthy accomplishment deserving of the accolade of the <br />entire community: <br /> <br />
