CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO . 7 5 - ~~ 9 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY HESSELINK SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Hesselink Subdivision was approved by the <br />Planning Commission on June 10, 1975, and referred to Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes the combination of two (2) <br />parcels, being Sublots 439 and 494 in the Decker Road area into <br />one (1) parcel; and, <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted., Ohio; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of Hesselink Subdivision, and <br />also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />the developer will be unable to obtain the natural gas connection <br />because of the unavailibility of natural gas after August 1, 1975, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSID • .ac,v <br />ATTEST: <br />___ <br />NORA T.
