CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO . 7 5 - ~~~ <br />BY- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER <br />INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE POOL <br />OWNED BY ANDREW R. AND M. D. VIROST, 4514 <br />GEORGETTE AVENUE, NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is anxious to provide <br />recreational opportunities for the citizens of North Olmsted; and, <br />WHEREAS, Andrew R. and M. D. Virost, 4514 Georgette Avenue, <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, have offered the use of a pool located at the <br />abovementioned address in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />set forth in an Agreement, marked Exhibit "A", and attached hereto; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is financially unable to <br />provide a pool for the use of its citizens and their children enrolled <br />in the North Olmsted recreational program; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into <br />an Agreement, attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", with Andrew R. <br />and M. D. Virost for the use of their pool located at 4514 Georgette <br />Avenue, North Olmsted., Ohio. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, health, safety, and welfare, and for the further <br />reason that it is immediately necessary to include this facility in <br />the recreational program of the City of North Olmsted in the month <br />of May, which is the time in which the swimming season begins, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~/~~-~(-~iI ~~, ~9~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />f <br />NORA T.
