MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL THE QTY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO OCTOBER 10, 1961 - 6:20 P,M. Present were Ralph Christman President of Council Pro Tem; Henry Caster, Dewey Limpert~ A.L. Mar~gani! Lillian Nicholas, George Porter. Also present wee Lloyd E. Barnes, Service Director; C.J. Oviatt, Solicitor; and Louise Ha11, Clerk. Absent: Bruce MacDonald, President of Council; Francis J. O~Neill. Due to the absence of the President and President Pro Tem of Council, Mrs. Nicholas moved seconded by Mr. Manganit that Mr. Christman serve as temporary President of Council for this meeting. "Yeas" Caster, Christman Limperti Mangani~ Nicholas, Porter. Ordinance No. 61«17? was int oduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance amending Sub-Section c of Section l,/~dinance 3191 enacted December 20~ 19b0 being entitled TMAn Ordinance providing for the general specifications for the constrtuetion, laying and connecting of all building sanitary sewers, and fixing standards therefore, and declaring an emergency'. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Limpert# that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster Christman Limpert, Mang ani, Ni,cholas~ Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third tirr~s and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows; Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas Pcr ter. Mr. ,Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani~ that Mr. Christman~s request that a petition for a water line on a portion of Walter Road be considered by Council at this meeting. ~~Yeas" Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Porter. Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the petition for a water line to be installed in Walter Road from a point 806 feet north of Maple Ridge to a point approximately 1,150 feet south of Westwood Road bei-~ned over to the Engineer for verification. Council of the The Clerk was instructed to write to the/City of Westlake advising them of the receipt ~ the above petition because apportion of the water line to be constructed must be in Westlake, Mr. Lampert moved seconded by Mr. Mangani~ that the absence of ~, MacDonald and Mr. O~Neill be excused.
