<br />The oath of office as Councilman was administered to George Porter III
<br />by Air. Kitson.
<br />Ordinance No. 2557Y~ras introduced ~'l~r. Schwenk. ,tn Ordinance to
<br />Amend Section 1, 2 and 6 of Ordinance No. 251x., passed gugust 20, 1957,
<br />as amended by Ordinance No. 2547, passed September 17, 1957, a~
<br />entitled a11n ordiaan~ce to provide for the issuance. of bonds in
<br />anticipation of the collection of special assessrisnts for the
<br />improvement of Claque Road from Loraia Road to Mastiek Road, by
<br />constructing and installing a five foot concrete public sid~alk on
<br />both sides of said Claque Road: Colwebia Road from Zorain Road to
<br />Mastick Road, by constructing cell installing a five foot concrete
<br />public sideatalk on the easterly side thereof; Brookpark Road from
<br />Martin Dr~re easterly 1322.46 feet, by constructing therein a xat®r
<br />main; Bradley road from Barton Road northerly 776 feet, by construct-
<br />ing therein a water main: and Kennedy ridge Road from Columbia Road
<br />to Butternut Ridge Road, by constructing therein a Water main.It was
<br />moved by Mr. Sch~renk, seconded by Mr. Kramer that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. Tie affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter,
<br />Schwenk. Thereupon-the Ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and thb affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk.
<br />Resolution No. z558 was introduced by fir. Crider. g resolution
<br />providing for an award of an issue of bonds of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, and repealing Ii~ssolution No. 2548, passed September
<br />17, 1957. It was m©ved by Mr. Crider, second®d by Mr. 3ohwenk that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be read immediately
<br />the second and-third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as followss Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer,
<br />Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and
<br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kra~aer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Schw®nk that the
<br />Engineer survey the six acres of the Ivan property on Stearns Road
<br />and the_ten acres of the Henry property... off Tbver Road xhich are
<br />to be used for fatitre playgrounds. *Y'eas~ Baker, Crider, Kramer,
<br />Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk.
