<br />Resolution No. 69-184 was intraduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolutlon authorizing
<br />the Mayor to enter into an option and purchase agreement for Spring Vale
<br />Country Club, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Casier moved to suspend rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy- Aftirmative
<br />vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Liropert, Miller, Prakasy. Mra Caster then moved
<br />for adopfiion of resolution, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote CaSLer,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Mi11er, Fyokasy, Wesit.
<br />Mre West moved meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Limpert. "Yeas" Caster,
