MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />DECEMBER 20, 1982 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, Logan, McKa.y, Petrigac, <br />Saringer, Wilamosky, Woerpel. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Finance Director Edward Boyle, Service <br />Director Joseph Corrigan, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Boehmer at 8:30 P.M. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 82-152 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1983, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 82-163 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance transferring appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1982, and declaring <br />an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 82-164 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance appropriating six hundred seventy two thousand five hundred fifty three <br />dollars and sixty two cents ($672,553.62), and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 82-169 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a second supplemental agreement between <br />the City of North Olmsted and the Cuyahoga County Commissioners for Olmsted Township <br />sewer rates, and declaring an emergency. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 8:45 P.M. <br />4? <br />F orence E.
