MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />JULY 12, 1983 <br />? <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, McKay, Petrigac, <br />Saringer, Wilamosky, Woerpel. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniawski, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilman Logan. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Boehmer at 8:00 P.M. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 83-91 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted <br />of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of Idorth Olmsted relating to the <br />establishment within the Department of Human Resources, a Division of Aging and a <br />Division of Youth Development, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-92 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 163.02 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Director <br />and Employees" of Chapter 163 entitled "Department of Human Resources". <br />Resolution No. 83-94 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1983, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and da- <br />claring an emergency. <br />President Boehmer announced that Ordinance No. 83-31, regarding employee vacations; <br />Ordinance No. 83-81, regarding Fire Department wages; and Ordinance No. 83-82, <br />regarding Police Department wages, have been added to the agenda for the next <br />Special Council Meeting on Thursday, July 14th, at 8:00 P.M. <br />President Boehmer also stated that Councilman Wilamosky would be permitted to give <br />the Finance Committee report of July llth at the above mentioned Special Council <br />Meeting. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Logan, second by Mrs. Petrigac, <br />unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 8:10 P.M. <br />? <br />A - e. <br />Florence . e , c <br />is. ? e-p? <br />. oe r, res en o Council-
