MINLTTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUI3CIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MAY 10, 1983 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, McKay, Saringer, <br />Wilamosky, Woerpel. <br />Also present: Finance Director Edward Boyle, Safety Director Eugene Petre, <br />Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen Logan and Petrigac. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:33 P.M. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 83-58 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the consulting firm of <br />Dalton-Dalton-Newport for the pregaration of construction plans, specifications and <br />estimates of cost as recommended in the Sewer System Evaluation Survey Report far <br />the North Olmsted and Olmsted Township portions of the North Olmsted Facility P1an <br />Area, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-59 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance appropriating Ttwenty Ttiousand Dollars ($20,000.00) in connection with Ordinance <br />No. 83-58 for the cost of preparing improvement plana, specifications, and estiiaates <br />of cost in accordance with the recommnendations in the Sewer System Evaiuation Survey <br />Report, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-60 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and othEr exgendi- <br />tures for the City of North OlmsCed, Ohio, for the ye$r ending December 31, 1983, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Woerpel moved to excuse the absence of Councilmen Logan and Petrigac, second by <br />M'r.
