MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />OCTOBER 25, 1984 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, O'Grady, Petrigac, <br />Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. (Mr. Tallon present at 7:10 P.M.) <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Finance Director Edward Boyle, <br />Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilwoman Saringer. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order in the Council Chambers of North Olmsted <br />City Hall by President Boehmer at 7:05 P.M. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 84-97 introduced by Mr. [+Tilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $5,315,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of paying costs of <br />improving and expanding the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facilities, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring <br />three readings, second by Mr. Rademaker, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance <br />No. 84-97 adopted. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Saringer, second by Mr. Rademaker, <br />unanimously approved.. <br />There being no further business, the Special Council Meeting was adjourned by <br />President Boehmer at 7:15 P.M. <br />6• <br />Florence E.
